Recent Records

The first set of songs were recorded in 2004 and 2005. All songs were written and recorded by me except "Life" which my brother Michael and I collaborated on. He also played one of the rhythm guitar parts on that recording.

The second set of songs were written and recorded in 2003 while I was learning how to use Pro Tools. I had a lot of fun putting them together especially since I was just starting to work with drum loops and drum machines.

Moodswing

  • I recorded Moodswing on a 16 track digital studio in early winter 2001. It was a live recording in a small dark basement. We were feeling very bluesy that day so I'm happy the "tape" was rollin'. These songs were written by Chris Connor, Kevin Jones, Bill and Andy Zehnal.

  • Fortunately the sound engineer recorded our performance at The Columbus Jazz Festival in June of 2001. One of the tunes I used to love to play was Grant Green's Selma March.

Selma March

  • In September of 2003 we booked some studio time and recorded a few tracks. The first two were written by Connor, Jones, Zehnal and Zehnal. The third one is a Horace Silver composition. I love it because I get to play fast!

The Kendall Wayne Band

  • Kendall is a great songwriter with a southern flare. I played lead guitar on five tracks from his cd "Home Ain't Where It Used To Be" in June of 2001.

Clayton

  • I recorded with Jason Clayton's band in 2002. I love Jason's songs because they are aggressive and have plenty of hooks.

Mullins Band

  • In 1999 The Mullins Band recorded a live record at Chelsie's in Columbus, Ohio. "Famous Last Words..." was released and contained a bonus studio track.
